For the fifth edition of my personal annual holiday card, a cover illustration was created with an ornamental hand lettered message of "May the Holidays ignite within you a fiery passion for giving, thoughtfulness, and compassion." Ilustrated as if the cover to a very traditional, even old fashion card, it opens to reveal a illustrated scene of a Black Friday riot with shoppers frantically grabbing for HD TV sets. The illustrations were executed in graphite pencil, and digitally colored.
